New Programs in Educational Training Centre

DEO Officers planning the TPD in TOT
There are various programs in ETC Bhojpur. Some of the public and important programs are :
  1. Training of Trainers (TOT) for DEO officers and Education field experienced teachers/RPs
  2. Teachers' Professional Development - Secondary level
  3. Training for Teacher leaders
  4. Training for Head Teachers
  5. Technical Backstepping for Resource Center and ETC B.
  6. Teaching and Training Modules of six compulsory subjects in Secondary level
  7. Research in Educational Field
  8. Physical Infrastructure strengthening of ETC
  9. Joint monitoring of teachers' performance and RC performance by DEO and ETC Subject Experts.
    10. Conducting TOT in 2010 in Bhojpur
  10. Some other important programs ..

      Its very nice initiative that you have started blogging which, i believe, helps to boost up the education system of Nepal.But, one thing i suggest is that please promote it. we discuss here something and if it doesn't reach to other people then it won't be much worthy and will be limited to a mere article.

      Programs seem very practical if well executed.
      I feel one basic problem in education system of Nepal is bad staffing(right candidate at right place ).
      Also, the courses/syllabus are such that we can ignore many subjects, neither teacher nor the student take it seriously.As of result of that, we end up with narrow vision down the lifetime and it will take good time and effort to cover-up the lag.Let me put an example here, subjects like economics, social are the most important and inspiring subjects for a life and we hardly understand it at the school level.
